Something beyond the ordinary.
FloralsOC was created to bring the unique, seasonal beauty of Oregon-grown flowers, foliage and branches closer to the Southern California floral community.
We work with professional florists and event designers who are looking for natural movement, interesting textures, unusual varieties and product that can make a design feel truly special.
Our goal is to make sourcing those materials easier. We keep our availability fresh and seasonal, update it weekly, and make it simple for designers to browse, order, pick up or receive delivery throughout Orange County and Los Angeles.
At the heart of FloralsOC is a simple idea: connect great floral designers with distinctive product they may not find everywhere else, while providing personal, dependable service along the way.

1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of FloralsOC, your wholesale account, order requests, and purchases from us. By using this website, creating an account, submitting an order, or completing a purchase with FloralsOC, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Wholesale accounts
FloralsOC is intended for floral professionals and wholesale customers. Account approval, continued access to wholesale pricing, and account status are determined by FloralsOC. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for activity performed through your account.
3. Availability, pricing, and order confirmation
Flowers, foliage, branches, vines, mosses, and other botanical products are seasonal and availability can change quickly. Website availability and pricing may be updated at any time. A submitted order request is not final until FloralsOC reviews availability and confirms the order, fulfillment details, and any applicable adjustments.
4. Natural variation
Our products are natural and seasonal. Color, size, shape, maturity, texture, stem form, foliage, and overall appearance can vary from photos and from bunch to bunch. Normal natural variation is not necessarily a defect.
5. All sales are final
All sales are final. Due to the perishable and seasonal nature of floral products, FloralsOC does not offer cash refunds or ordinary returns on floral products.
If a product arrives damaged, is in poor condition, has an unusually short vase life, or otherwise does not meet reasonable quality expectations, contact orders@floralsoc.shop as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order information, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the affected product so we can review it.
After review, FloralsOC may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. Replacements and store credits are not guaranteed and are evaluated case by case. FloralsOC reserves the right to modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue store-credit or replacement accommodations at any time, subject to applicable law.
6. Product care and vase life
Vase life and product condition can be affected by temperature, hydration, handling, storage, processing, transportation, and environmental conditions after delivery or pickup. Customers are responsible for promptly receiving, processing, and caring for product appropriately.
7. Delivery, pickup, and shipping
Delivery, pickup, and shipping options depend on location, product, timing, and availability. FloralsOC will confirm fulfillment details before an order is final. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for ensuring someone can receive perishable product when required.
8. Website use
You may use this website for legitimate business purchasing and account activity. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use account or pricing information in a fraudulent or unlawful manner.
9. Changes to these terms
FloralsOC may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
When you use FloralsOC, we may collect information you provide such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, Instagram username, delivery or billing-related address information, wholesale application information, account profile information, order requests, order history, custom requests, and communications with us.
Our website and service providers may also process technical information such as browser and device information, IP address, request logs, authentication events, and similar information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and manage wholesale accounts, review applications, provide approved pricing, process and confirm order requests, arrange delivery or pickup, communicate with customers, provide customer support, prevent misuse, maintain website security, troubleshoot problems, and improve our services.
3. Local storage and account sessions
The site may use browser storage or similar technology to keep features working, including your cart, saved products, order-planning selections, referral information, and authenticated account session. Clearing browser data may remove locally saved preferences or cart information.
4. Service providers
FloralsOC uses third-party service providers to operate the website and customer experience. These may include Netlify for website hosting, Supabase for authentication, database and storage services, and Resend for transactional email. These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to provide their services.
5. Orders and payment information
The current website checkout submits an order request for FloralsOC confirmation and does not collect payment card numbers directly through the FloralsOC checkout page. If payment services are added or used separately, the applicable payment provider may process payment information under its own privacy practices.
6. When information may be disclosed
Information may be shared with service providers and business partners when reasonably necessary to operate the website, communicate with you, fulfill or deliver an order, protect FloralsOC or our customers, comply with legal obligations, or respond to lawful requests.
7. Data retention and security
We may retain account, order, and communication records for legitimate business, operational, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your choices
You may contact FloralsOC to request corrections to your account information or to ask questions about personal information associated with your account. Some records may need to be retained for business or legal reasons.
9. Children
FloralsOC is a wholesale business website intended for floral professionals and is not directed to children under 13.
10. Policy updates and contact
